You will be the face of the company on each job site, helping homeowners in Montgomery County keep their homes looking their best.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Window Cleaning — Clean windows, screens, tracks, and remove hard water stains
- Customer Interaction — Greet customers, confirm the job scope, and ensure 5‑star satisfaction
- Equipment Care — Keep tools and the company vehicle organized and in great condition
- Safety First — Follow safety protocols, especially when working on ladders
- Job Execution — Deliver high‑quality results on every home
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record (you will be driving a company vehicle)
- Reliability — You show up on time and ready to work
- Physical Fitness — Lift ladders (up to 50 lbs), work at heights, and stay active for 6–8 hours
- Positive Attitude — You enjoy working outdoors and helping people
- Strong Communication Skills — Represent the business professionally
Schedule
- Flexible Hours: 20–40 hours per week
- Typical Shifts: Morning/daytime starts (8 AM or 9 AM)
- Pay: $16.50 – $20 per hour
