We’re searching for an enthusiastic Children’s Enrichment Programs Instructor & Team Lead to join our growing team. Part-Time to start (15–25 hrs), with REAL opportunity to become full-time and move into management! IMPORTANT: This is NOT a seasonal job, are are looking for someone to grow with us!

What We’re Looking For:
- Background in early childhood education, physical education, gymnastics, sports, dance, cheer, or daycare
- Strong leadership & team-training skills
- You love kids (and they love you!)
- You can bring BIG energy to every class
- You’re excited to help families feel right at home
What You’ll Do:
- Teach our award-winning curriculum (we train you fully!)
- Lead and support an incredible team and be a part of a team-centric culture (we take our culture VERY seriously!)
- Create unforgettable experiences for kids and parents
- Help with special events, operations, marketing & more (full-time track!)
Schedule:
- One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is Required
- Some evenings (3–8 PM)
- Some daytime shifts (9 AM–2 PM)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
Experience:
- Gymnastics: 1 year (Preferred)
- Early childhood education: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Required)
