Home Life Health Care is seeking a COMPASSIONATE and RELIABLE caregiver to provide essential care and support to a care recipient in their home. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities and ensure the well-being of our care recipients. This position is part-time from 4-8pm.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform household duties such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support care recipients with mobility and transfer assistance
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience of providing in home care or at a nursing home is required.
- Proficiency in providing patient care with a focus on compassion and empathy
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to caregiving
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and respect
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
