FBBC&TS seeks to maintain its theological and ecclesiastical identity as a Baptist institution of higher education. This position supervises a year-round 20 hour per week assistant and occasional student staff during events.

- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to clearly communicate with alumni and student recruits in a timely manner
- Customer service experience preferred
- Paid or volunteer event planning experience required.
