Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative / HVAC Service Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers and plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of our service department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and courteously
- Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and installations
- Create and maintain job files
- Order parts and track deliveries
- Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims
- Pull permits and coordinate required documentation
- File paperwork and maintain organized records
- Perform light office cleaning and help maintain a professional work environment
- Communicate with technicians, vendors, and customers regarding scheduling and job status
- Assist with additional administrative and office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, administrative, dispatching, or office experience preferred
- HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or service industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
