Job Summary
We’re seeking a Service Technician with experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems.
You’ll work directly with customers, diagnose issues, make recommendations, and perform repairs that meet the Horizon HVAC standard of excellence.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems (gas, oil, heat pumps, mini splits, furnaces, boilers, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups
- Provide accurate system diagnostics and clear communication with customers
- Install replacement parts and components as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Complete all job documentation and reports using Housecall Pro or similar software
- Ensure compliance with all safety and code regulations
Skills
- 5+ years of HVAC experience (service or install)
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- RI HVAC License preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
