We’re excited to welcome a Donor Relations Specialist to our Program Services Team. This entry-level role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting meaningful work, and communicating professionally with donors and clients.
In this position, you’ll play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Your work will include administrative support, email and phone-based communication, and coordination of routine client services. You’ll be part of a collaborative, office-based team that values accuracy, consistency, and positive interactions. With training and ongoing support, this role offers a strong foundation and opportunities for growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Operational Support
- Provide occasional receptionist coverage, including mail processing, label printing, and document preparation
- Respond to inbound phone calls and emails, assisting donors and clients with routine questions in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage shared email inboxes to ensure timely, accurate, and courteous communication
- Complete routine data-related tasks such as file exports, information review, and data redaction
- Follow established processes to support compliance and client-specific requirements
Client Communication & Coordination
- Monitor and manage a shared client inbox, responding promptly and professionally
- Organize and maintain documentation related to client communications and activity
- Assist with coordinating client deliverables and routine service requests
- Work closely with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, operations, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating by phone and email in a service-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage priorities, follow procedures, and meet deadlines
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and open to learning new processes and systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: Starting at $16.65 per hour
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
