Russell B Bleakley Plumbing & Heating, Inc. in Somers, NY has been providing plumbing, heating, water treatment, and well pump services in our community for over 45 Years. We do both Residential & Commercial Plumbing. We need a highly skilled Licensed Journeyman Plumber with at least 5 years of experience. You will need to obtain both Journeyman licenses to work here for Westchester & Putnam Counties. (They require a minimum of 5 years of experience working for a plumbing company to obtain this licensing - we will help you obtain this). Master Plumbers are also welcome! Must have experience in Plumbing Service & Repair as well as Residential & Commercial, as well as New Construction, Rough Plumbing & Water Heaters, Boilers, and Gas Piping. Experience with Water Treatment & Well Pumps is desirable, but we will train you.
Must have a clean & neat appearance and have outstanding customer service skills in dealing with homeowners, business owners, contractors, etc. You must know how to identify preventive maintenance needs and potential plumbing/heating issues for clients, and provide options for correction to prevent unforeseen repairs.
We are looking for someone full-time (however, part-time is also a consideration). You will work as part of a loyal and dedicated team to demonstrate technical & mechanical competency by consistently delivering the highest-quality work and achieving maximum efficiency.
Background checks are required to protect our clients' homes/businesses.
Salary based on skill level & experience in ALL aspects of Plumbing/Heating. Minimum sales per week are considered to be elgible for incentive pay.
Regular Work hours are 8-4:30 Mon-Fri (occasional Saturdays or Sundays are needed for emergencies only, in bitterly cold temperatures, or when multiple large projects are underway with deadlines).
