CLEANING PROFESSIONAL

Zehr Properties is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to help prepare rental properties for new residents and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout our portfolio.
Position Responsibilities
- Clean vacant apartments and homes between residents
- Perform detailed move-out and move-in cleaning
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, floors, windows, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
- Identify and report damages or maintenance concerns
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies
- Complete assigned properties within established deadlines
- Take before-and-after photographs when requested
- Communicate daily progress and completed work to management
- Follow company safety procedures and cleaning standards
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple cleaning assignments
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional and respectful when working around residents and team members
- Must be able to pass any required background screening
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Some schedule flexibility may be required based on move-ins and property needs
Compensation
- Starting pay: $14-$18 per hour
- Compensation will be based on experience
