We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, proactive, accountable professional who takes pride in producing clean, accurate financial data. This role is the operational backbone of our service team — you keep the books organized, the numbers reliable, and the Chief Financial Translators (CFTs) empowered to deliver high-level financial strategy to clients.
This is not an assistant job. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, consistency, and meaningful work that directly impacts the financial health of small businesses.
You are our dream team member if you’re someone who is…
You take pride in routine and dependability. If someone gives you a task, it will get done — accurately, on time, every time.
You update your team before they need to ask.
Your style is:
“Here’s what I saw… here’s what I tried… here’s what I recommend.”
You enjoy the process of organizing financial data, catching mismatches, and making the numbers “make sense.”
You love a good checklist, thrive in recurring workflows, and keep multiple client files running smoothly.
You like understanding the “why” behind the work, not just clicking buttons.
You’re supportive, kind, and easy to collaborate with. Feedback doesn’t bother you — it helps you get better.
You love meaningful, behind-the-scenes work that enables the whole team to shine.
If this sounds like you, you’re already a “Reliable Riley” — and you belong here.
