What is quality control?
Quality Control (QC) is the final review stage before content is published. The QC team reviews videos that have already been filmed and edited to ensure they meet Evy Media's quality standards. This includes checking for editing mistakes, audio or visual issues, caption errors, branding consistency, pacing, and overall polish. If any issues are found, the QC reviewer provides clear, actionable feedback to the editor so revisions can be made before the video is approved for posting.

Evy Media creates high-performing content for businesses and personal brands across multiple platforms. We're looking for a detail-oriented Video review specialist to become the final checkpoint before any content is delivered to clients or published online.
This role is critical to our team. You'll help ensure every piece of content meets our quality standards and represents both our clients and Evy Media at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Perform the final quality check on all short-form and long-form content before it is published.
- Review videos for:
- Editing quality
- Story flow and pacing
- Captions and grammar
- Audio and video issues
- Branding consistency
- Overall professionalism
- Provide clear feedback to editors and confirm revisions have been completed.
- Keep all short-form and long-form content organized within Google Drive.
- Maintain consistent folder structure and file organization.
- Help improve internal quality control processes as our team grows.
Qualifications Required
- Fluent in english
- Previous experience editing video content or performing quality control (QC).
- Strong understanding of video editing and storytelling.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to provide clear and professional feedback.
- Comfortable working with Google Drive and managing digital files.
Preferred
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience working in a content agency or media production environment.
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn content.

Payment structure
This is a contracted position. You are paid per video.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
