Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Life-Long Behavior Therapy. As an RBT, you will play a pivotal role in delivering individualized behavior intervention programs to clients of various ages who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other related disorders. Your expertise and guidance will directly impact the lives of our clients, helping them achieve their goals and develop essential life skills. We are currently hiring full-time RBTs (8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address specific behavioral goals and skill acquisition targets for clients.
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions in clinic.
- Collect accurate and reliable data on client progress during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and other team members to ensure effective communication and alignment of treatment strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and resources for behavior therapy sessions.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for clients during therapy sessions.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred).
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) for at least 1 year
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
