Through our WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) program, we provide intensive, individualized behavioral health support to youth and families navigating complex needs, including those involved in foster care and the child welfare system.

Position Overview
St Claire Family Homes is seeking a WISe Team Clinician to provide ongoing wraparound behavioral health services to youth and families enrolled in our WISe program.
This position focuses on building consistent therapeutic relationships with youth and families, coordinating care across systems, and delivering individualized treatment grounded in the youth's own goals and strengths. The clinician will carry an active caseload, conduct regular sessions, and work closely with families and the broader care team to support sustained progress.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy to youth enrolled in WISe
- Develop and update individualized treatment and wraparound plans based on youth and family goals
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing case planning
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active Washington State license or associate license (examples include):
- LSWAIC
- LMHCA
- LICSW
- LMHC
- Experience providing direct clinical services to youth and families
Preferred:
- Experience with WISe, wraparound, or intensive in-home/community-based models
- Experience working with foster care, adoption, or DCYF-involved youth
Compensation
$100+ per session, paid at a rate comparable to standard outpatient therapy sessions.
Work Schedule
Flexible, community-based scheduling. Sessions take place fully remote.
