Truck Parts Counter Sales Representative

Seeking and energetic and customer-focused individual to assist customers, fleets, and owner-operators with heavy-duty truck parts sales and support.
Preferred Experience
Heavy Duty Truck Parts Knowledge
· Experience in truck parts sales or parts department operations
· Knowledge of heavy-duty truck components and systems
· Familiarity with inventory and parts lookup software
· Experience creating quotes and processing orders
Additional Responsibilities
· Assist walk-in, phone, and commercial customers
· Identify and source truck parts accurately
· Generate quotes and process sales orders
· Maintain inventory and stock levels
· Receive shop technicians with parts requests
Qualifications
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong communication and organizational abilities
· Computer proficiency and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Reliable transportation
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
