Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience of operating a forklift and consistent and reliable attention to detail to ensure error-free receiving and shipping of our nutritional ingredients packed in bags, boxes, or drums that are stacked on pallets.
Main Job Duties
· Forklift Operation: Safely and skillfully operate a TOYOTA sit-down forklift and a CROWN REACH FORKLIFT to move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse.
· Inventory Management: Assist in monthly inventory counting.
· Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, palletize, and properly mark our sales orders for delivery shipping to our manufacturer and wholesaler customers.
· Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards; perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications
· Experience: Proven experience of skillful operating a forklift in a warehouse setting is required.
· Certification: Valid forklift operating certification is preferred.
· Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
· Communication: Good work attitude and interpersonal skills and reliability of reporting to work as scheduled.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
