Position Summary
As a Maintenance Person, you’ll be responsible for the daily upkeep of our property. This includes general repairs, landscaping, and troubleshooting issues to ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, common areas, and equipment
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Maintain outdoor spaces, including landscaping, snow removal, and minor groundskeeping
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the property is safe, clean, and well-maintained
Qualifications
- Prior experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related field preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
