This part-time position is from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. NO WEEKENDS! Starting hourly rate range is $15.00-$16.50. PTO and Banked Holiday Time is earned after 6 months of employment.
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be a point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your positivity and ability to multi-task will drive customer satisfaction and help our business continue to succeed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- ORDER PROCESSING: Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls daily
- ORDER INTAKE: Processing customer orders into our system
- SALES SUPPORT: Educating customers on new or Limited Edition products
- OFFICE SUPPORT: Emailing invoices to customers
- TEAM PLAYER: Other tasks as assigned by management
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- EXPERIENCE: 1+ Years of previous customer service experience
- SKILLS: Strong computer knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use common office equipment
- TRAITS: Ability to multi-task, a pleasant telephone voice and an infectious, positive attitude
