Iron Culture – Boutique Fitness Gym
Iron Culture is a high-end boutique fitness gym built on strength, discipline, and community. We are not a big-box gym. Our members value coaching, connection, and an elevated training experience. Everything we do is relationship-driven—from how we welcome new members to how we build long-term loyalty and referrals.
We’re looking for a salesperson who thrives in a people-first environment, understands consultative selling, and enjoys being on the floor building real relationships.
As a Sales & Community Growth Specialist, you are the front line of Iron Culture. You’ll be responsible for converting leads into members, nurturing relationships, generating referrals, and helping grow a strong, engaged gym community.
This role blends sales, customer experience, and relationship management. Success is measured not just by closes, but by retention, referrals, and long-term member relationships.

Comfortable working one-on-one with clients and handling objections
-
Organized and disciplined with CRM usage and follow-up
-
Self-motivated and proactive—doesn’t wait to be told what to do
