MaidGreen Cleaning Services is looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals to join our Airbnb Turnover Cleaning Team. If you take pride in creating spotless, guest-ready homes and enjoy working independently, we’d love to meet you.
Our Airbnb properties must be cleaned to a 5-star hospitality standard. Every turnover is an opportunity to create an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed Airbnb turnover cleanings between guest stays
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Make beds with fresh linens and stage rooms for arriving guests
- Replace towels and restock guest amenities
- Inspect the property for damages or missing items
- Report maintenance issues immediately
- Ensure every property is guest-ready before check-in
- Follow MaidGreen’s detailed cleaning checklist
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Maintain consistent 5-star cleaning standards
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working on weekends and holidays when needed
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous residential, hotel, Airbnb, or housekeeping experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Availability
Airbnb turnovers can occur any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Most cleanings take place between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, so flexibility during these hours is important.
