SharePoint/Power Platform Automation Lead (Sr. SharePoint Architect)

Position Summary
Revolve Solutions, LLC is seeking a SharePoint/Power Platform Automation Lead to serve as the principal technical lead for Microsoft 365 automation and collaboration solutions supporting HRSA HAB. This role will design and deliver Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, SharePoint solutions, and Microsoft Teams enhancements. The ideal candidate is a senior SharePoint and Power Platform architect with strong federal consulting experience, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to lead multiple automation initiatives from intake through deployment.
What You’ll Do
○ Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft 365 automation and collaboration solutions that address client business needs.
○ Build and oversee Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, SharePoint Online sites, and Microsoft Teams enhancements.
○ Manage a portfolio of automation initiatives from intake and requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
○ Establish practical intake, triage, prioritization, and estimation processes for automation requests.
○ Modernize and improve SharePoint sites and collaboration spaces in alignment with governance, usability, security, and accessibility expectations.
○ Provide technical guidance, quality review, and mentorship to automation development and support staff.
○ Partner with portfolio and governance leads to ensure automation work supports organizational priorities and federal IT management requirements.
○ Ensure delivered solutions are well documented, maintainable, accessible, and aligned with HHS security and Section 508 standards.
Required Qualifications
○ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
○ Six to eight (6-8) years of progressive experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform ecosystem
○ Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (required)
○ Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification (required)
Preferred Qualifications
○ Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification
○ Prior experience delivering automation solutions in federal government environments, particularly HHS or HRSA
○ Demonstrated success with governance-driven delivery methodologies and enterprise change management
○ Familiarity with HRSA Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) framework
Skills We’re Looking For
○ Expert-level proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams administration
○ Strong solution architecture and systems integration capabilities
○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement
○ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Clearance / Suitability
This position requires eligibility for Public Trust clearance and HHS suitability determination. Candidates must be able to successfully complete the background investigation process.
Work Location
This position is performed off-site at the contractor's facility using government-furnished laptop equipment. Remote work is authorized in accordance with contract terms.
Contract Context
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
