Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Expo/Food Runner/Server. Duties
- Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are maintained
- Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards
- Buss tables by cleaning surfaces and restocking for new guests to maintain a clean dining environment
- Handle heavy lifting (Up to 60 lbs) safely when transporting supplies, dishes, or equipment within the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness by performing regular cleaning duties such as wiping down counters and sanitizing work areas
- Provide friendly in-person customer service by greeting guests, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and serve guests efficiently
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS for order processing and payments
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving standards, and hospitality best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations including bussing, food running, and customer interactions
