LCSW Clinician OpportunityFirst Integrative Counseling and Consulting Services
Some clinicians come to platform work looking for flexibility, autonomy, and relief from agency burnout.
And for a while, it can offer that.
But many clinicians eventually find themselves carrying more than expected: unpaid documentation, inconsistent caseloads, no-shows, billing issues, portal problems, limited consultation, and very little sense of clinical community.
The work may be remote, but it can also become isolating.
At First Integrative Counseling and Consulting Services, we are building something more connected.
We are looking for licensed LCSWs in Georgia who want steady clinical work, paid administrative time, strong operational support, and a real team to consult with when the work gets complex.
What This Role Offers
This position is paid at $40/hour for both clinical sessions and approved administrative time.
Clinicians may receive up to 5 paid administrative hours per week for documentation, treatment planning, case review, and coordination of care.
A typical full-time caseload includes approximately 30–35 client sessions per week, with estimated weekly earnings of $1,400–$1,600, depending on schedule and caseload.
We provide steady referrals, in-house billing and credentialing support, and regular opportunities for consultation and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will provide therapy services to individuals with a range of clinical needs and life experiences. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based interventions, coordinating care when needed, and maintaining timely, ethical documentation.
You will not be expected to manage billing, chase insurance claims, market yourself for referrals, or navigate clinical challenges in isolation.
What We Value
We are looking for clinicians who bring sound clinical judgment, strong documentation habits, cultural humility, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
We also value clinicians who want to be part of a practice culture where consultation is normal, support is available, and no one has to pretend they are a solo island with a progress note template.
