Available Positions
Assistant Counselors (Age 16+)
Support the Head Counselor in supervising and engaging a group of 15–25 children. This role is ideal for responsible teens seeking hands‑on experience working with children in a structured camp environment.
- Hourly Wage: $16+ per hour (based on experience)
- Weekly Hours: Approximately 35–40 hours
- Estimated Weekly Earnings: $560 + depending on program needs
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with supervision and activity support
- Help maintain safety and organization
- Encourage positive participation and teamwork
Requirements for All Staff
- Successful completion of STL’s background check (must receive a green light)
- Participation in required training sessions prior to the start of the program
- Commitment to professionalism, safety, and positive youth development
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
