Car Sales Professional.
Duties:
- Actively follow up to engage potential customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Identify and overcome pricing and financing objections to close sales
- Complete and obtain necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
- Collaborate with the sales management team to meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities via the CRM
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings
Experience:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is a strong plus, but not necessary
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
- Proficient in retail math and basic math calculations
