We are a fast-growing irrigation company expanding into new markets in Florida. We’re looking for a dependable, self-sufficient Irrigation Technician who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and take ownership of their work. This is not a “ride along and wait for instructions” role — we need someone who can think, diagnose, and get the job done right the first time.
As we expand beyond our current market into additional service areas, this role has strong long-term growth potential for the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Install new irrigation zones, valves, heads, and controllers
- Troubleshoot wiring issues, timers, and pump systems
- Perform system startups, blowouts, and seasonal adjustments
- Communicate clearly with office team and customers
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas
- Handle jobs independently in the field with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
- Must be self-sufficient and able to work alone in the field
- Strong irrigation repair and installation experience preferred
- Ability to diagnose issues without constant direction
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be accountable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to adapt as we expand into new markets
