This is a field-based residential service role. Technicians are dispatched from home to customer homes across Greater Houston, with onboarding and weekly training at our Katy office.

For the first month of onboarding, report to our Katy shop each morning and dispatch from there.
You start the morning with a fully stocked company vehicle loaded with the tools and materials you need to succeed.

You head to residential service calls across the Houston area where homeowners rely on you to diagnose issues, communicate clearly, and provide real solutions.

You’ll:

Run residential service calls

Diagnose electrical issues thoroughly

Present repair and upgrade options to homeowners without pressure

Install and service panels, outlets, circuits, EV chargers, surge protection, lighting upgrades, and more

Perform work to NEC code and West Houston Electric standards

Build long-term customer relationships

Participate in weekly structured training

Valid Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license
-
Strong residential service experience
-
Comfortable diagnosing complex systems under pressure

Experience working within a structured service or sales process

Strong communication skills with homeowners

Clean driving record
-
Ability to pass a background check
-
ServiceTitan or similar CRM experience
-
Options-based / consultative sales approach

Experience with performance tracking and metrics
