Northern Lakes True Value is looking to add a few new Sales Associates to our team!
We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy helping customers, working with a team, and being part of a locally owned company that values its employees.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll assist customers, help stock and organize merchandise, operate the register, answer questions, and help keep the store running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly and customer-focused
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Hardware or retail experience is a plus, but not required
