Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a 180-unit residential property in Concord, CA. This role is ideal for a leasing or property management professional who enjoys a mix of resident interaction, administrative support, leasing coordination, and property operations.
This position offers the opportunity to join a busy multifamily property environment where organization, customer service, and follow-through are highly valued. The successful candidate will work closely with property staff, support current and prospective residents, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career path in residential property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist current and prospective residents with leasing inquiries, applications, tours, and general property support.
- Maintain accurate tenant files, leasing documents, invoices, and records in property management systems.
- Process administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, copying, filing, document organization, and invoice support.
- Respond to resident questions, coordinate service request support, and provide professional customer service.
- Support daily leasing operations by preparing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and assisting with move-in related documentation.
- Partner with property staff to ensure smooth communication, accurate records, and efficient day-to-day operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $24 to $26 per hour.
