Barista / Team Member – Kung Fu Tea

Responsibilities
* Prepare bubble tea, milk teas, fruit teas, slushes, and specialty drinks according to company recipes.
* Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
* Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
* Recommend menu items and answer customer questions.
* Prepare ingredients, brew teas, cook boba, and restock supplies.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
* Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift.
* Follow all food safety and health regulations.
* Assist with opening and closing duties.
* Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining drink quality.
* Communicate effectively with teammates and managers.

Qualifications
* No bubble tea experience required—we provide paid training.
* Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
* Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
* Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
* Food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
