YES and ENETK are seeking a highly organized Office Manager / HR-HSE Coordinator to support our electrical, instrumentation, automation, and industrial construction operations. This position serves as the administrative hub for both companies and supports accounting, payroll coordination, HR, safety compliance, customer prequalification platforms, licensing, apprenticeship tracking, fleet administration, and day-to-day office operations. This position will work onsite at the Dickinson, ND office location Monday-Friday 7:00a-4:00p.
- Manage office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, and company records.
- Coordinate onboarding, new hire paperwork, drug and alcohol testing, and employee files.
- Assist with payroll administration, timecard collection, prevailing wage documentation, and workforce reporting.
- Support safety programs including incident tracking, toolbox talks, training records, PPE tracking, OSHA logs, and customer HSE requirements.
- Maintain customer compliance platforms including ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta, KPA, and customer prequalification systems.
- Coordinate state electrical contractor licenses, registrations, renewals, and continuing education requirements.
- Support apprenticeship programs, RAP registrations, and trade school coordination.
- Assist project managers with contract administration, insurance certificates, customer setup requirements, and project documentation.
- Maintain fleet and equipment records, registrations, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate company meetings, employee events, training sessions, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for customers, vendors, employees, and regulatory agencies.
- Experience in office management, HR administration, safety administration, construction administration, or related fields.
- Experience supporting electrical, industrial, construction, oil & gas, energy, or automation businesses preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, payroll systems, and compliance platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee and company information professionally.
- Prevailing wage and certified payroll administration.
- Contractor licensing and registration management.
- Safety compliance administration.
- ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta, KPA, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Multi-state contractor operations and industrial customer requirements.
