We reach out to thousands of Medicare patients to help them manage their health conditions on a monthly basis. The Position:
We are looking for Enrollment Specialists to call patients to explain what the Chronic Care Management program has to offer them and obtain patient consent for enrollment into the program. The ideal Enrollment Specialist has call center experience with emphasis on the sale of a service.
