Urban Waxx is a women-owned national waxing salon franchise brand built on genuine care for our team and our guests. Our Logistics department keeps every salon stocked, supplied, and running smoothly — and we're looking for someone fun, sharp, and dependable to join us.
The Role
We're looking for a Warehouse Helper to support our Logistics team with shipping, inventory, and ordering. This is a hands-on role for someone who's organized, comfortable with computers, and not afraid of physical work. You'll be part of a tight-knit, upbeat team and will have the chance to take ownership of projects as you grow into the role.
What You'll Do
- Online order shipping — pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time
- Inventory counting — perform regular and cycle counts, keep inventory records accurate and up to date
- Ordering support — assist with placing and tracking supply orders, monitor stock levels, flag reorder needs
- Warehouse upkeep — keep the space organized, clean, and safe
- Special projects — jump in on logistics improvement projects as they come up
What You'll Need
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move product around the warehouse
- Strong organizational skills — you like things labeled, sorted, and in their place
- Computer savvy — comfortable learning inventory/shipping software, spreadsheets, and email
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
- Prior warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience a plus, but not required
Schedule
20 hours/week, with some flexibility expected for [specify days/shift pattern].
