We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects. This role is pivotal in coordinating all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through successful completion. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project goals
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate construction timelines effectively
- Manage project budgets by overseeing cost estimates, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid or comparable tools
- Coordinate with design teams to review construction plans and blueprints, ensuring clarity and accuracy for field teams
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project workflows and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits, progress reports, and schedule updates; adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and environmental standards while maintaining high-quality standards
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to optimize project delivery and cost efficiency
- Lead project meetings to communicate progress, risks, and upcoming milestones clearly to stakeholders
- Occasional travel to Naval Air Station Fallon may be required.
Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects from inception to completion
- Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; familiarity with Primavera P6 is essential
- Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, and budget oversight using HeavyBid or similar software
- Demonstrated ability managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols, regulatory compliance, blueprint reading, and contract management
- Familiarity with civil engineering software such as Civil 3D for planning and design coordination is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of construction regulations across different jurisdictions along with experience managing complex infrastructure projects
- Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams

Pay: $88,948.96 - $107,121.34 per year
