Practice Growth Coordinator Full-Time | 4 Days Per Week | Burien, WA
We are looking for an exceptional Practice Growth Coordinator to join our team and help grow our practice through meaningful, lasting relationships with referring doctors and professional partners.
This is a relationship-building role. We are looking for a warm, personable, and strategic individual who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, creating meaningful experiences, and building trusted professional relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and nurture relationships with referring doctors
- Strengthen our relationships with referring doctors
- Create thoughtful strategies to deepen professional connections
- Coordinate and participate in:
- One-on-one meetings
- Study clubs
- Keynote and educational events
- Other professional and community gatherings
- Identify creative opportunities to connect with and support our referring partners
- Help create memorable experiences for our professional community
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-through
- Support long-term practice growth through strong professional relationships
