Join our vibrant pet care team as the Rowdy Paws Lodge Manager, where your leadership and passion for animals will create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for our furry guests. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations of the lodge, coordinate pet care activities, and ensure exceptional customer service for pet owners. Your energetic approach and animal handling expertise will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps pets happy and owners confident.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all daily lodge operations, keeping things safe, smooth, and efficient
- Lead, coach, and mentor staff including Wranglers, Deputies, and Client Care
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, cleaning protocols, and safety standards
- Monitor animal care practices and client interactions for quality and consistency
- Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and care
- Manage scheduling, staff coverage, and facility upkeep
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of animal care or pet services experience required
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of dog and cat behavior and safe handling
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced lodge environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors in all weather

Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour
