Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Medical Receptionist who is fluent in both Armenian and English. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and must be able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced medical office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and route phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our scheduling system
- Verify insurance and collect co-pays
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records
- Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, both in person and over the phone
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Armenian and English. Written communication will be in English.
- Previous experience in a medical front office or similar role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Excel is a plus
- Professional, compassionate, and able to work well with a team
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive pay starting at $22.00 per hour. Benefits include paid time off. Lunches are provided by the office 3 days a week. Free parking is available in the office lot as well.
