Commercial & Residential Appliance Repair Technician
Home Appliance Experts is looking for motivated, dependable, and customer-focused technicians to join our growing team. We service commercial refrigeration equipment and residential appliances throughout Connecticut and Westchester County, NY.
No experience? No problem. If you’re mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and have a strong work ethic, we provide paid training.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, microwaves, wine coolers, built-in appliances, and ventilation hoods.
- Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, reach-in refrigerators, display cases, prep tables, ice machines, beverage coolers, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Provide professional customer service and explain repair recommendations.
- Complete service reports and maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial refrigeration or residential appliance repair is a plus, but not required.
- We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).

Pay: $20.00 - $37.00 per hour
