Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Document Scanning & Data Entry Clerk for a 30–60 day contract assignment with one of our valued clients. This is a fully onsite opportunity paying $18.00 per hour and is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with documents, scanning equipment, and computer systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Position Summary
The Document Scanning & Data Entry Clerk is responsible for scanning paper documents, organizing electronic files, and accurately uploading documents into the ServiceTitan CRM system. This position requires strong attention to detail, basic technical skills, and the ability to efficiently manage electronic documents while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Essential Responsibilities
- Scan paper documents using high-volume copy and scanning equipment.
- Organize electronic documents and save files in designated folders.
- Rename electronic files according to established naming conventions.
- Upload scanned documents accurately into the ServiceTitan CRM system.
- Verify all documents are uploaded correctly and associated with the appropriate records.
- Manage documents received via email and organize them into the proper electronic folders.
- Maintain document organization, accuracy, and confidentiality throughout the process.
- Perform basic computer tasks including file management, email organization, and CRM navigation.
- Identify and report document or scanning issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, clerical, document scanning, or data entry experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Windows file management, and document organization.
- Ability to move documents from email to folders, rename files accurately, and upload documents into a CRM system.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive documents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using ServiceTitan CRM.
- Experience scanning large volumes of documents.
- Experience with electronic document management systems.
- Prior administrative or office support experience.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods while operating copy and scanning equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move boxes or stacks of documents as needed.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods while organizing and uploading electronic files.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
