Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Facilities Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience evaluating building systems, conducting inspections, and providing engineering solutions related to building envelope performance and facility conditions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roofing systems, waterproofing, exterior wall systems, structural components, and overall facility assessments for commercial, institutional, and residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform facility condition assessments and building envelope evaluations.

Inspect and assess roofing, waterproofing, exterior cladding, windows, and structural systems

Identify deficiencies, moisture intrusion issues, and code compliance concerns

Prepare technical reports, repair recommendations, and cost estimates

Support design and remediation projects related to building envelope systems

Coordinate with clients, contractor, architects, and internal project teams

Conduct field investigations and construction observations

Assist with project management, scheduling, and qualitiy control efforts

Other duties as assigned
