College Raptor is a technology company based in Iowa looking to hire a full-time staff designer with experience in mobile/desktop UI and print design.
This position will have the opportunity to work remotely or from our office in Iowa City.
What you'll be doing
As a Web Designer at College Raptor, you'll bring your excellent design abilities to a cross-functional team to design and help build both desktop and mobile products. We'll be working on complex interfaces that require strategic thinking and planning. You'll have the opportunity to design applications and products that will eventually be used by millions of students, parents and high school counselors.
You'll also create print designs for brochures, mailers and other collateral as necessary.
What you'll need
Experience designing for consumer-facing web products and services
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong understanding of usability, user experience and user interface design
Knowledge of ADA regulations for web design
Capable of producing print designs and other print production deliverables
Mobile design experience is a BIG plus
