Responsibilities:
- Strip, clean and re-coat hard floor surfaces
- Operate high speed floor burnishers, rotary scrubbers
- Operate carpet cleaning equipment
- Low moisture encapsulation
- Hot water extraction
- Apply cleaning solvents
- Apply safe waste disposal procedures
- Construction cleaning
- Specialty cleaning
Qualifications:
- Carpet cleaning: 1 year (Required)
- Floor care: 1 year (Required)
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Ability to use cleaning solutions and equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and operate machines and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
Pay: $20-24 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday-Friday 5pm-1:30am
Status: Hourly (Non-exempt)
Type: Full-time (40 hours / week)
