What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Customer Support: Provide welcoming, respectful financial services to every customer.
- Financial Transactions: Process check cashing, payday loans, and money transfers accurately.
- Cash Management: Handle cash drawers, balance daily logs, and manage vault security.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate customer profiles according to industry regulations.
- Store Operations: Execute opening and closing procedures while maintaining a clean, secure shop. [1]
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 1+ years of cash handling, banking, or retail customer service experience.
- Skills: Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills; ability to explain simple financial terms clearly.
- Requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent), age 18+, and pass a background check.
- Language Bonus: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred. [1, 2, 3]
