We are a small one doctor, patient-focused dental office looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. We value teamwork, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Duties
- Assist dentists during various procedures including restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use following infection control protocols.
- Take dental X-rays, including 3D scans, while maintaining proper radiation safety standards.
- Manage patient records using Open Dental; document treatment details accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Monitor patient comfort throughout procedures; provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Maintain aseptic techniques and uphold strict infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
