FULL TIME Storage Manager, rotational SATURDAYS required.
Responsibilities:
Operations, including generating revenue and controlling cost.
Monitoring vendors.
Critiquing community assets.
Employing marketing strategies.
This property manager is responsible for all aspects of the storage facility, including leasing and tenant management.
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Negotiate leases and rental agreements
- Maintain accurate tenant files and records through data entry
- Ensure compliance with legal administrative requirements
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Handle tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Implement and enforce property rules and regulations
Requirements:
Strong operational skills with proven success.
Excellent record keeping skills.
Previous results in hitting sales targets and expense budgets.
Good motivator, communicator, interpersonal skills, customer service savvy.
Must be physically able to walk to regularly inspect the interior and exterior of the facility.
Better than basic computer skills.
Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
Comfortable in a smoke free office environment.
Comfortable working on your own.
Self Starter.
