Position Summary
Daisy Maid is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Cleaning Specialist to provide high-quality cleaning services for both commercial and residential properties. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team. This position requires strong attention to detail, good time management, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks for commercial and residential properties.
- Follow company cleaning checklists, client instructions, and quality standards.
- Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and properly.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, supply shortages, or safety concerns to management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Travel to assigned job sites as scheduled.
- Ensure all work areas are completed thoroughly and within the assigned timeframe.
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Reliable transportation to job sites, if required.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends depending on client needs.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and professional.
- Ability to pass a background check, if required by the company.
- Valid driver’s license preferred, depending on route or position requirements.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, lift, and carry cleaning supplies and equipment throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to [25–50] pounds as needed.
- Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work in various indoor environments, including homes, offices, and commercial buildings.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Typical hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, though hours may vary based on client needs and job assignments.
Compensation
Pay: $19–$23per hour depending on experience.
