Braman Hyundai Miami is seeking Pre-Owned Sales Associates to join our team. This role focuses on assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, generating sales, and building long-term client relationships.

Prior automotive sales experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing pre-owned vehicles
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up with leads and showroom traffic
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Meet monthly sales goals and performance targets
- Maintain product knowledge
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training for motivated candidates with strong customer service or sales backgrounds.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable in a technology-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and ensure a smooth sales process. Your goal is to create a positive buying experience and build long-term customer relationships.
