Hello! We are seeking a houseperson for our Fairfield Johnson City managed by Gibson Hotel Management.
What The Job Looks Like:
As a houseperson at Fairfield Johnson City, you'll interact with guests and team members on a daily basis while delivering southern hospitality in the Marriott fashion. Your job will include but is not limited to:
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas
- Completion of daily checklist
- Assisting with guest rooms as assigned
- Assisting laundry as assigned
- Maintaining a clean and tidy cart
- Attending Daily Promise Meetings
- Report directly to the assistant housekeeping manager and housekeeping manager
- Report to the general manager
- Other duties as assigned by leadership

What the Job Takes:
Here are some of the things we look for when considering a candidate! Keep in mind, if you don't meet each requirement but you think you'd still make a great fit, go ahead and apply!
- Experience in hotel housekeeping (Marriott/Hilton/IHG experience preferred)
- Experience in commercial cleaning
Pay and Working Hours:
The starting wage for this position is $13.00/hr.
We are a 24/7, 365 days a year operation so we ask for open availability. We are happy to work with scheduling demands outside of work so long as they fit in with our scheduling needs.
