At High Country Home Center, we don’t just sell appliances—we help customers put together their entire space: kitchen, laundry, living room, and beyond.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, confident, and wants to earn based on performance—not just show up for a paycheck.
Compensation:

Base pay + uncapped commission
- Realistic earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+
- Higher ticket sales = higher income
Responsibilities:

Help customers select appliances, TVs, mattresses, and furniture
- Build complete solutions (not just single-item sales)
- Follow up on quotes and leads
- Ask the right questions to increase ticket size
- Coordinate with delivery/install team for a smooth customer experience
