Duties:
- Assisting with personal care – Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Managing medication – Reminding or administering prescribed medications.
- Meal preparation – Cooking and serving nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
- Mobility support – Helping with walking, transfers, or using mobility aids.
- Companionship – Providing emotional support and engaging in conversation or activities.
- Light housekeeping – Keeping the living space clean and safe (laundry, dishes, tidying).
- Monitoring health – Observing and reporting any changes in physical or mental condition.
