We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Specialist to oversee pump installations and serve as a key customer contact. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in high-energy pumps and your strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Supervise pump installations at customer sites, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for installed equipment.
- Deliver training to customers and internal teams on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve products and services based on customer feedback.
- Proactively gather customer insights, including product and business information, to inform sales strategies.
- Identify sales leads and communicate them to the sales team to drive business growth.
- Complete service reports, expense reports, and time reports accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of field or shop experience working on high-energy pumps and pumping equipment.
- Strong working knowledge of OEM pumps and pumping equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with cross-OEM equipment.
- Previous aftermarket sales or field service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
